FAQ

 
  • Please allow 7- 10 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive a shipping notification once its ready to go and on its way via email. Please make sure all your shipping and contact information is correct when entering after checkout. If you need your order expedited, please email me.

  • Please note that I do not offer refunds unless there has been a large mistake on my part. If so, returns for refund or exchange must be placed through email within 7 days of delivery. Refund will be for the price of the item minus shipping, customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  • Erin Doescher Studio is not responsible for any lost, late, damaged, stolen or returned packages to me. If you feel that any of above listed issues occurred, please file a claim with the carrier as that part is out of my hands. If you entered a wrong address you are responsible for the reshipment fee. I wish i had a bunch of money to cover all that but were a small one woman operation over here so sadly I cant lol. thanks for being cool.
